Patient Eligibility & Responsibilities
Our services are available to adults and children seeking private neurology and headache consultation. Patients are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical histories. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your health or contact details.
Booking and Cancellations
Appointments can be requested via our online form or email. A booking is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation email from the clinic. We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your deposit.
Payments and Refunds
Fees for consultations and treatments will be provided at the time of booking. Payment is generally required in advance or at the time of service. Refunds for cancelled appointments will be issued in accordance with our 48-hour cancellation policy. We do not offer refunds for medical services already rendered.
Clinic Communication
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communication from us regarding your appointments and care. Please be aware that standard email is not a secure form of communication. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee the complete confidentiality of information sent via standard email.
